Halloween 2011
A few memories:
Joey took off his diaper and stood in front of his potty seat. Five seconds later he said, "It doesn't work."
Addy passed gas in a long rumble, looked at me and said, "Tractor!" Later that day she tooted once and I said, "Tractor!" She said, "No...car."
Friends asked Joey what he was going to be for Halloween. He said, "A big, fat pig!" The next day he told another friend he was going to be a "big, big rocket ship."
I went into Addy's class and she was diligently coloring a turkey - every feather a different color, the body, the feet, etc. Her teacher, Ms. Sullivan said, "We're just waiting for Addy to finish coloring her turkey so we can start our Halloween party" (candy, food, juice boxes, games, etc). Addy continued coloring, unphased.
I liked the day after Halloween better than Halloween. The three of us stayed in our pjs til noon, built a tent, and ate popcorn and Halloween candy.
